Compact or Intensive - which one fits us?
The Compact check fits if your work mostly happens on screen and you want a well-founded initial assessment quickly. The Intensive check pays off when paper, phone calls and physical processes play a role, or several areas are involved. And you can start small: when you upgrade, we credit the full Compact price.
For the Intensive check, does someone have to sit next to us for a whole day?
No. We accompany an ordinary working day and watch where the work happens. Your team keeps working as always - that is exactly what we want to see. No meeting room, no interruption to your day-to-day business.
What if nothing is found?
Then that goes in the report - that is a result too. You learn in black and white that your processes already work well, and you save yourself an investment that would not have helped you. The fixed price stays the same.
On site or remote?
The Compact check always runs remotely via screen sharing. For the Intensive check, both work: on site we see more, especially when paper, phone calls and physical routes play a role. If your work happens on screen anyway, a day via screen sharing is often enough. We clarify what makes more sense for you in the initial call.
How quickly do you get the report?
Within one week after the observation. You receive the written report with your top 3 potentials, and then we schedule the results meeting.
