The company
Dietrich Development GmbH, based in Burladingen, digitalizes mid-sized and growing companies. We combine process consulting with in-house software development: first we understand how a business really works, then we build the automation or the software that makes that day-to-day easier.
We are deliberately lean and work with a modern, AI-assisted toolchain. This lets us deliver faster and at prices that make custom software reachable even for smaller businesses - and still every decision stays with a person who takes responsibility for it.

Founder & Managing Director
Tobias Dietrich has been developing software and advising businesses on their processes for over ten years. In that time he has accompanied projects from small trade businesses to the public sector - from the first analysis through development into ongoing operations.
That breadth shapes his work. He has seen how an electrical contractor moved from paper slips to a central web app, how online platforms run stably with thousands of users, and how the public sector meets strict demands on traceability and data protection. From this experience grew the conviction that carries the GmbH today: good software isn't created at the drawing board, but from a close look at the real work.
